Andrea Newman

Andrea E. Newman has over 35 years of legal practice, mainly in Miami, Florida. Ms. Newman has represented thousands of individuals with tenacity and compassion.

Education

A 1982 graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio, Ms. Newman developed a passion for international affairs including governments, politics, economics, and the history of different countries. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Russian (linguistics). While a student, she participated in an internship program in Washington, D.C. with a political organization where she gained valuable experience in government and politics.

Ms. Newman graduated in 1986 from The University of Toledo, College of Law in Toledo, Ohio. As a law student, Ms. Newman was elected president of the Women’s Student Bar Association and interned at the District Attorney’s Office in Wood County, Ohio. She assisted the elected District Attorney in trial practice and procedure and wrote opinions for the acting County Attorney.
